My later hours don't help either. By the time I get out of work there isn't a lot of time to see my family, let alone my friends before the "Pumpkin Hour", as Sue puts it, is upon me. Today was no exception.
I had work - which went a little sideways, again. After work we ordered pizza and watched TV. Then we played Diablo before heading to bed. Sleep hasn't been my friend lately. I think it's because I never really get a day off. Not one where I can relax. There is always an alarm because on my days off Tim still has to go work and Random to school. This means that even on my Friday I can't hangout late because for everyone else it's a Tuesday and I still have to get up at 6:30, regardless of it being a day off.
I'm looking forward to Wednesday and Thursday this week though. Tim will be out of town and Random is on spring break. No alarms. For the first time in 6 months I will not have to be up at 6:30. It would be better if Tim were here and not have to go in so that we could spend the time together, but at this point I'll take what I can get. And to be honest sleep would win over pretty much anything else.
